PLASTOSTAB^TM - DBLP formula 2PbO-Pb C H (COO) ½ H O is an excellent heat stabiliser, 6 4 2 2 particularly at high temperature, besides being also effective as a light stabilizer. It confers excellent long-term protection on Phthalate plasticised PVC compound which is to be subjected to ageing at elevated temperatures. Due to its low reactivity with plasticisers, particularly the polyester type. This is of particular advantage in cable sheathing, because our product is surface treated with advance additives to ensure ready dispersion in PVC compounds.

APPLICATIONS : Plastostab^TM- DBLP is suitable for use with all types of pigmented PVC compounds. Eminently suitable for cable sheathing when the cable is required to operate at a high ambient temperature. Also finds application as "Stabilizer-Kicker" in preparation of foamed PVC.

DOSAGE : 1.5-2.5 Phr (Depends on application)
