PLASTO WAX^TM - RPP High performance ONE PACK system for Rigid-PVC Pipes, Conduits and Profiles quality control system to perform in the processing with consistent quality. Basically a combination of external and internal lubricants in a proper composition.

APPLICATIONS : Plastowax^TM RPP Rigid PVC Extrusion of Pipes / Conduits / Profiles. Suitable for ISI / Pressure (Containing 08-10 Phr Filler & commercial / Non pressure pipe (Containing 25-55 Phr Filler leading) grade R-PVC Pipes. No other Lubricants like Stearic Acid, Calcium TM Stearate, Waxes are required while using Plastowax RPP.

EXTRA FEATURES:

Suitable for twin screw and single screw heat stabilizers.
Smooth inner and outer surface finish.
Improves mechanical properties.
Increases the flow of products and production output.
Uniform wall thickness and outer diameter.
Does not give any effect on the color of pipes. It will retain the desired colour effects.

DOSAGE : 1.5 - 4 Phr (Depending on loading of fillers)

STANDARD PACKING : 25 Kg. in HDPE Bags.
